7 Stats That Will Make You Go, Hmm……
In this fast moving world, we take our mobile and digital consumption behaviors for granted. I’m guilty. I’ve been out to dinner with friends, caught neck-deep in my phone following the Cubs or found searching for that funny meme to share I saw a few days ago. Unfortunately, I didn’t even realize how “into my phone” I was. Sound familiar?
Each week, I sit down with decision makers inside organizations seeking to grow their business. I share with them the stats and results that support how the Promoter Strategy can help them increase new customers, retain existing customers, and lower their costs.
The statistics below are readily available, but I wanted to share them with you. We have become so ingrained in what we are doing digitally that we don’t realize how powerful we are as consumers.
These stats are throughout my presentation – the first stat gets the most reactions in meetings, and the last stat I’m proud of the most. Enjoy.
