  1. LEARN – I read and watch more videos now than ever before. It has allowed me to learn about future technology/industry advancements, consumer behaviors, and amazing stories from others who you can learn valuable lessons from to help grow your business and avoid the pitfalls. Ask yourself after every article, blog, book, video, conversation, interaction, and meeting, “what did I just learn?”
  1. PERSISTENCE WITH POSITIVE ATTITUDE – “No” is one of the first words we learn as children and just like you were as a child, you kept on going right after your parents told you no. It’s time to revert to childhood and get used to hearing no. Don’t take it personal, keep a positive attitude, and keep moving forward to refine your service, product, and target market.
  1. DON’T EVER GIVE UP – When your big meeting cancels, your current deal falls through at the last mile and it’s not your fault, don’t ever give up. Work harder, work smarter, and stay the course. Giving up is easy.
